Service Interruption Terms

Terms regarding interruptions to the logistics services, including causes and solutions.

1. Causes of Service Interruption

Service interruptions may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or technical issues. We will take all reasonable steps to minimize such disruptions.

2. Customer Notification

We will notify customers as soon as possible if a service interruption is expected to affect their shipment. Notifications will be sent via email, SMS, or other means of communication provided by the customer.

3. Impact on Deliveries

In the event of an interruption, delivery times may be extended. We will work to resume normal operations as quickly as possible and provide customers with updated delivery estimates.

4. Customer Rights

If a service interruption significantly affects your shipment, you may request a refund for the affected services. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date.

5. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from service interruptions caused by external factors, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
