Limitation of Liability
Limitation of liability regarding transportation, damages, and delays during shipping.
1. General Limitation
Unique Logistics International’s liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays.
2. Damages During Transportation
We take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of your goods. However, we are not responsible for damages or loss arising from improper packing, incorrect shipment information, or actions by third-party carriers.
3. Force Majeure
We will not be held responsible for delays or damages caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to hurricanes, earthquakes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
4. Claims for Damages
In case of damage or loss, claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery. We are not responsible for claims made after this period.
5. Indirect and Consequential Damages
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the transportation of goods, including loss of business, profits, or reputation.
